Premature Ovarian Failure – POF is defined in literature as a group of menopauzal symptoms before 40 years of age being results of lack of ovarian hormonal function. Ofenly women with POF who haven’t children yet presents in additional psychological problem such as depresion. In our case study we have presented patients with POF who managed to be pregnant and gave birth healthy newborn. The study is an example that women with POF can stilli have children after appropieate hormonal therapy.
