Obstetric hemorrhage is responsible for 10% -15% maternal deaths. Peripartum hemorrhage occurs during 5% of deliveries however prevalence of sever blood loss is in 0,5% of cases. The aim of the study is to identify potential risk factors of peripartum hemorrhage and to discuss algorithms of hemorrhage management according to current obstetrical knowledge.
