HELLP syndrome is severe pathology of prengnancy diagnosed as triade of symptoms (H-hemolysis, EL-elevated liver enzymes, LP-low platelets). It occurs mainly between 27. – 37.weeks of pregnancy and is only rarely described under 25. weeks of pregnancy. The studydescribes a case of a early diagnosed HELLP syndrome – in 24 weeks of pregnancy, perfor-mend treatment and unexpected delivery; it also presents a review of literature on the subject.
