Epithelial ovarian cancers are diagnosed rarely in women in childbearing age. Only about 15%of this neoplasms occurs in this group. The 5-years survival rates is about 77,8-82%, if the disease was early diagnosed. We present a case of 26-year old woman with the postoperative diagnosis of ovarian cancer in this paper. We discuss the most important issues concerning dealing with a patient after conservative treatment of ovarian cancer.
